EMIRATES D10 LEAGUE: DPS V AAD

Teams to be updated after the toss.

Match Details:

Series/Tournament Name: Emirates D10 Tournament

Venue: Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai

Date: Thursday, 06 August 2020

Time: 06:00PM Local Time, 02:00PM GMT, 07:30PM IST

Preview:

The final round-robin match of the DT10 League will see Dubai Pulse Secure (DPS) taking on Ajman Alubond (AAD).

DPS are fourth in the standings and in a good position to make it to the Eliminator that will be played later today. A win for AAD, however, could make things interesting as both teams will then be level on points. AAD will need to win big if they are to make it to the Eliminator.

Weather Report:

It will be quite warm in Dubai with temperature in the late-30s and it could go up to late-40s.

Pitch Report:

The pitch at the Dubai Cricket Stadium is a flat track and batsmen will find a lot of joy in it. Even a score of around 140 was chased down last week, hence the team batting first will need to look for a score close to 150.

Preview It was quite a topsy-turvy ride in the first Test between England and Pakistan. Both teams kept playing into each other’s hand throughout. But it was Pakistan who had a significant advantage at the end of a majority of the sessions in the game. However, they couldn’t capitalize and let the opposition get the better of them.
